A new experiment has been done in UP for better coordination between governance, administration and BJP organization. Under this, the government has decided to form a District Administration Coordination Committee. There will be a meeting of the coordination committee every month under the chairmanship of the minister in-charge of the district. This will be the first time that along with the minister in-charge and officials, district and metropolitan presidents of BJP will also participate in this meeting.
Public representatives of BJP and allied parties, District Panchayat President and Mayor, District and Metropolitan President, Police Commissioner or their nominated officers, DM and SSP will attend the meeting. The system has been implemented with immediate effect. The confidential guide (2026) issued to all officers states that the committee meeting will be held compulsorily every month. Local problems will be solved at the district level only. Policy issues should be brought to the notice of the government. Brief details of the decisions taken in the meeting should be sent to the CM office.

It has been said in the guide that before the main meeting, hold a core committee meeting and select the topics. Mark completed and incomplete projects. Decisions on every topic should be taken unanimously in the meetings. Conduct a collective review on the progress and implementation of development works. The objective of the meetings is to create a positive environment and prepare a future action plan for better coordination between the administration and the organization.
Deadline and responsible officer fixed
Problems related to health, roads, electricity, local disputes, police station and tehsil will have to be resolved within 7 days. DM and SSP will be the responsible officers for this. The Chief Secretary and concerned departments will be responsible for budget allocation and technical approval, on which correspondence will have to be done within 15 days. Immediate action will be taken on merit basis on personal and public issues, complaints, suggestions and demands of workers and public representatives. The responsible officers will be the Minister in charge, DM and government level officers. The stay of the minister in charge in the districts will be for a minimum of 24 hours, in which night stay will be ensured.
