Called the attack on ECI ‘conspiratorial’

In this letter it has been alleged that after raising questions on the armed forces, judiciary and Parliament, now the Election Commission is being targeted. Senior citizens wrote that opposition leader Rahul Gandhi repeatedly accused the Election Commission of being involved in vote theft, used ‘nuclear bomb’ like language and even said the Commission was committing treason, but did not provide any formal complaint or affidavit to support these claims.

‘Anger born out of frustration of election defeat’

According to the letter, the allegations made without evidence are a form of ‘anger’, an anger that has arisen due to repeated electoral defeats and alienation from the public. The letter further said that some political parties are choosing theatrics instead of analysis and political drama instead of public service.

‘Selective anger’ in allegations, silence when won

These personalities of the country wrote that when the results of the Election Commission in an opposition ruled state are favorable to the opposition, then its criticism disappears. But when the results go against them, the Commission is made the villain of every story. He found this Chuninga resentment to be an example of ‘political opportunism’.
