The UP government changed DMs of 10 districts including Gorakhpur, Bahraich and Gonda late on Monday night. Mandalayukta Gaurav Dayal of Ayodhya has been given the responsibility of Secretary of Home Department. In his place, Rajesh Kumar, Secretary, Department of Home and Vigilance, has been made the Mandalayukta of Ayodhya.
