UK PM in India LIVE: ‘Many suggestions were received to further strengthen cooperation’, PM Modi said in talks with Starmer
Starmer, who is on his first visit to India after assuming the post of Prime Minister, was welcomed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Raj Bhavan in Mumbai. It has been told that talks will take place between the two leaders in some time. In this meeting, the time bound program Vision-2035 will be taken forward with both the countries.
Starmer had supported the India-UK Vision 2035 during Prime Minister Modi’s visit to London in July. This shows the determination of both countries to work together. There will be an important discussion regarding this in the meeting of the two leaders in Mumbai. Prime Minister Modi will participate in the CEO Forum at Jio World Center in Mumbai along with the British Prime Minister at around quarter to two.
