Regarding Bihar elections, the Grand Alliance announced the faces of its Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister in a joint press conference on Thursday. The Grand Alliance clearly said that the entire alliance is united. Ready to bring change in Bihar. Tejashwi Yadav will be the chief ministerial face in the grand alliance. Mukesh Sahni has been declared the face of the Grand Alliance for the post of Deputy Chief Minister. Congress leader Ashok Gehlot said that if the government is formed, Deputy Chief Ministers from other sections will also be made. All the parties said in one voice that we are going to form the government with an overwhelming majority. Meanwhile, VIP chief Mukesh Sahni said that we were waiting for this time for the last three and a half years. We had pledged that we will not leave the BJP until we break it. Today that time has come. After the elections, the people of Bihar will drive out the BJP. Grand alliance government is going to be formed.
Meanwhile, senior CPI(ML) leader Dipankar Bhattacharya said that due to a few seats in the 2020 assembly elections, we could not form the government. Today again that time has come. Nitish government did injustice to the students. Lathicharged them. Women were cheated by giving them Rs 10,000 in the name of employment scheme. People across the country are apprehensive whether the story of Maharashtra elections will be repeated in Bihar. But, we assure people that Bihar is absolutely prepared. All seven parties of the Grand Alliance will complete the agenda of change with complete unity.
Tejashwi will be CM and Mukesh Sahni will be Deputy CM.
Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot said that the India Alliance gave a good fight to the NDA in the Lok Sabha elections. In the last elections, the Grand Alliance lagged behind by a small margin of votes. NDA wants to play with constitutional institutions by misusing them. These people are ready to do anything to win the elections. In this election we elect Tejashwi Yadav as the next Chief Minister. He is young. Do what they say. He has fulfilled the promises made till now. Therefore, the Grand Alliance has decided that our chief ministerial face will be Tejashwi Yadav. Ashok Gehlot said that Mukesh Sahni’s party is one of the major parties of the Grand Alliance. Considering his image, the Grand Alliance declares him the face of Deputy CM.
Tejashwi Yadav asked this question to Amit Shah
Tejashwi Yadav said that the Grand Alliance has to be made a new Bihar. That’s why we have united. We have resolved to overthrow this useless government. Tejashwi Yadav said that injustice has been done to CM Nitish Kumar in NDA. NDA did not hold a joint press conference even once. Till now Nitish Kumar has been declared the chief ministerial face. Home Minister Amit Shah has approved this. He clearly said that the leader of the legislature party will decide the Chief Minister. But, what is the reason why you are not declaring Nitish Kumar as the chief ministerial face? In the last 20 years, you have declared the Chief Minister’s face before the elections at many places. In the last elections also, you had declared Nitish Kumar as the face of the Chief Minister. But, what is the reason this time that he is not being declared the CM face?
Tejashwi Yadav alleged that BJP wants to destroy CM Nitish Kumar’s party. He said that BJP is in government at the center but Bihar is the most poor and backward state of the country. Recently, a scam of Rs 70 thousand was mentioned in the CAG report but no action was taken. What happened in Srijan Scam and Girls Home? Everyone saw this. Bridges are continuously falling under the NDA government. The rats are drinking alcohol. Bullets are fired every day. Gopal Khemka was murdered nearby. Bullets were fired outside my house but nothing happened. People are fed up with continuous corruption and bureaucracy. These people also went into campaigning but did not reveal even a single agenda as to what they would do in the next five years. Till now PM Modi or Home Minister Amit Shah have not put forward their agenda. These people are busy copying the Grand Alliance. These people copy the plans we talk about.
Tejashwi Yadav said that NDA people are imitators. Their leaders are tired. These people are engaged in cheating Bihar. We provided five lakh jobs. Got three and a half lakh jobs under process. We have announced that as soon as the Grand Alliance government is formed, every family will be given a government job. Will implement Mai-Bahin Maan Yojana. The gas cylinder will cost Rs 500. Announced to give permanent job and 30 thousand rupees per month to Jeevika Didi. Apart from this, contract workers working in Bihar government will be given the status of state employees. Tejashwi Yadav said that the people of Bihar want change.
Here, before the start of the press conference, all the senior leaders of the Grand Alliance including Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav, VIP chief Mukesh Sahni and former Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot reached the hotel. Tejashwi Yadav first went to Ashok Gehlot’s room. The conversation took place in a closed room. After this, both the leaders reached the press conference with the prominent leaders of the constituent parties of the Grand Alliance.
Controversy only on Tejashwi Yadav’s photo
Before the start of the press conference of the Grand Alliance, there was a controversy over a photograph. There is only the picture of the Leader of Opposition in it. Politics heated up after this poster. BJP’s national spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari said that the picture of Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi was missing from the posters put up at the venue of the Grand Alliance’s press conference. After this, Congress leader Udit Raj hit back and said that Rahul Gandhi is going to take the main responsibility of election campaign in Bihar for RJD and other parties. We should not draw conclusions based on these posters. Pradeep Bhandari will get the answer when the right time comes. When Amar Ujala asked senior CPI(ML) leader Dipankar Bhattacharya a question on this matter, he said that there is only one Chief Minister.
