An explosion occurred near Delhi’s Red Fort metro station on Monday evening. According to initial information, the blast took place in a car near the metro station. After which the car caught fire. On receiving the information, a total of 7 fire tenders reached the spot. The fire has been brought under control. A team of Special Cell of Delhi Police is also on the spot. There are reports of several casualties. Sources said that four to five injured due to the explosion have been brought to LNJP Hospital. No official statement has come from the police in this regard. High alert has been issued in Delhi after the explosion.
