District census and charge officers were trained through video conferencing. He was told that wherever in the period from 1 February 2027 to 28 February 2027, it will be counted.
The Directorate of Census and Revenue Council jointly gave this training. The officers were informed about the related rules. Please tell here that all ADM (Finance) has been made District Census Officer. Tehsildar in rural areas and Executive Officer (EO) census charge officers have been made in rural areas.
All families will be identified by 31 December in UP. The duty of census personnel will also be finalized by then. Those who are in jail will be counted in jail and who is in the mental hospital, will be counted in the hospital. Counting personnel will go to every village and locality. Director (Census) Sheetal Verma and Special Officer of Revenue Council Rajkumar Dwivedi played the role of master trainer in the training program.
Commissioner will be nodal in municipal corporations
DM nodals have been created for census in districts. Whereas, this responsibility will be the responsibility of the Municipal Commissioners in the municipal areas. Where there is no municipal corporation, DM will be the nodal officers for census for urban and rural areas in those districts.
