Discussion on Operation Sindoor is going on in the monsoon session of Parliament. On Wednesday, Home Minister Amit Shah put the government’s side in the Rajya Sabha. During this time there was an uproar in the House. Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge said that, PM Modi’s absence in the House is an insult. On this, Amit Shah said that, deal with me, why are you calling the Prime Minister.
As Amit Shah’s speech started, the opposition demanded that PM Modi should respond. Opposition MPs started shouting slogans amid Amit Shah’s speech. After which Amit Shah sat on his seat. After this, Leader of Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge said that if the PM is not coming to the House, then it is an insult to the House. Along with this, opposition MPs walked out of the House. On this demand being made by the opposition, Amit Shah said, PM is in his office, is he fond of listening more? If you deal with me, then call the Prime Minister and there will be trouble.

During this, Union Minister Amit Shah said that the Congress party does not let Mallikarjun Kharge speak on most issues and he is raising questions. He said- In the BAC meeting, it was decided that 16-16 hours will be discussed in both houses. But who will answer this government and PM Modi will decide.
Targeting the Congress, Amit Shah said, “On Monday, our security forces run Operation Mahadev, in which three terrorists involved in the Pahalgam attack were killed.” Home Minister Amit Shah further said, ‘Yesterday you (Congress) were asking why he (Pahalgam terrorist) was killed on this day? Why should they not have been killed yesterday? Because Rahul Gandhi had to give his speech? It does not work like this. The whole country is seeing that the priority of the Congress is not to eliminate national security and terrorism, but politics, their vote bank and appeasement politics’.
