A case related to Uttarakhand High Court is currently in the news across the country. Actually, this case is related to an additional District Magistrate (ADM) level administrative officer who expressed his inability to speak English language. The High Court became so angry that he raised questions about the officer during the hearing of each other and issued notice to the Election Commissioner and Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand.
